Refund and Return Policy

At wishing well Clothing, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes, returns or refunds may be necessary. Therefore, we have a transparent refund and return policy in place for clothing items.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged or defective item, you can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Log in to your wishing well Clothing account.
b. Go to the “Orders” section and select the specific order containing the item you wish to return.
c. Click on the “Return” option next to the item you want to return.
d. Provide a reason for the return and any additional details if required.
e. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please note that certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, and accessories like earrings or socks are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges.

Exchange:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping:
If the return is due to an error on our part or if you have received a damaged or defective item, we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will cancel the order and initiate a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process mentioned above.

We recommend carefully reviewing the product descriptions, size charts, and images before making a purchase to minimize the need for returns or exchanges.
